SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are available for shipping in the United States only. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Once your order is processed please allow 5 to 7 business days for shipping. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is ready to ship.

All orders will require a signature for delivery. All items are shipped through the United States Postal Service.
Priority Shipping 2-3 Business Days-$15.00
Standard Shipping 5-8 Business Days- $10.00
Free Shipping for orders over $125.00
All Things Purposeful only ships domestic orders at this time.
REFUND POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase you can email us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please send an email to customerservice@allthingspurposeful.com
Please note there are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES on custom items, that includes custom colored items as well.
Items must be returned in the original condition and free of stains, odor, makeup deodorant and wear. You have 3 days to return your items.
All Things Purposeful does not provide a label for return. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost or stolen in transit.
We will email you once we have received your return and processed a refund.

CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

​All Things Purposeful is committed to bringing your vision to life.
You provide the artwork and we do the rest. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for custom items.
All files must be sent as a PNG file. Artwork will be reviewed for approval.
If there is an issue with your image you will be notified via email. Turn-around time is subject to Approval. There will be an additional charge for file creation.
*All Things Purposeful does not recreate Trademarked/Copyrighted items. The Artwork must belong to you* There are NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES on customized items. Orders must be paid in full prior to processing and completing the item (s).
